Who is this for?
Why work with me?
I started designing and moderating webinars over a decade ago—long before virtual facilitation became the norm. From the very beginning, I was hooked. There’s something powerful about bringing people together from around the world and creating real connection in a digital space.
Since then, I’ve designed and facilitated online workshops for groups of 50 to 300 participants, creating experiences that are full of energy, interaction, and meaning. I’ve spent years honing my craft, and now, I love supporting others to do the same.
In our session, we’ll combine practical frameworks with the principles of experience design to transform your workshop from a passive, one-way session into something people feel part of—something they remember.
A little about me? I’m an open water swimmer, a podcast nerd, a co-parent, and the founder of NeedWorkshops. Originally from Cornwall, I now call Amsterdam my home.
